Overview

GSI Health is a health information technology solutions company.  Our mission is to improve patient outcomes and assist health care systems to become more effective.  Our solutions make it possible for interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate care by tracking, managing, analyzing and engaging patients in real time as they move through the delivery system.  GSI Health’s care coordination platform is delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and comprised of an open Health Information Exchange (HIE) solution combined with an Application Marketplace and Data Repository.  Our platform is powered by a clinical workflow engine and comprised of cloud-based health apps that are smart, interchangeable, yet work together based on the clinical and operational needs of doctors, hospitals, and patients.  We have two sets of clients: hospitals and health systems, Health Homes, Accountable Care Organizations (ACO), and HIE organizations and app vendors participating in our GSIHealthCoordinator Application Marketplace.
